Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains the rules for returns and refunds for purchases made from Synarava Shop.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days.

For a single item, the 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the item.

If several items from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

2. Requesting a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform Synarava of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

You can request a return through your customer account, where available, or by email at shop@synarava.com.

After notifying Synarava, return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.

Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your request.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

3. Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect an item as you normally would before buying it in a shop.

Please return the item with all parts and components supplied with it.

If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for a normal inspection, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value.

4. Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order will be refunded.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Synarava is informed of your decision to withdraw.

The refund may be withheld until the returned item is received or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception established by law applies, including, where relevant:

goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

These exceptions do not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

6. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, is defective or does not correspond to the order, contact shop@synarava.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue.

Where the item does not conform to the contract and Synarava is legally responsible, the remedies provided by applicable consumer law apply. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract and reimbursement.

Any repair or replacement required by law will be provided free of charge.

For new movable goods sold to consumers in Portugal, the seller is generally responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery.

If a lack of conformity becomes apparent within the first two years after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the lack of conformity.

If a lack of conformity becomes apparent within 30 days after delivery, the consumer may request immediate replacement of the item or termination of the contract, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
