These Terms govern purchases made through Synarava Shop. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

1. Products

The main characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.

Products containing natural, cultured or individually formed materials may vary in colour, shape, texture, markings, surface characteristics or size. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect or lack of conformity.

Colours may appear differently depending on the screen or device used. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

2. Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, you will be informed and any amount paid for that product will be refunded.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Delivery charges and the total amount payable are shown before the order is submitted.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment may be processed by Shopify or other payment providers.

4. Orders

Before submitting an order, you can review the selected products, quantities, delivery information and total price.

Submitting an order through the checkout button indicating an obligation to pay constitutes a binding order.

An electronic confirmation is sent after the order is placed.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded without undue delay.

5. Delivery

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

6. Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Consumers purchasing online have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions established by law.

7. Product Conformity

Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by applicable consumer law.

For new movable goods sold to consumers in Portugal, the seller is generally responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery.

Where a product does not conform to the contract, the remedies provided by applicable law may include repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract.

8. Product Care

Normal wear, material ageing, accidental damage, improper handling or damage resulting from circumstances arising after delivery do not by themselves constitute a lack of conformity.

Nothing in the Care Guide limits statutory rights relating to a lack of conformity.

9. Intellectual Property

Synarava branding and original website content, including text, graphics, photographs and product presentation, are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Protected content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission where such use would infringe applicable intellectual property rights.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Cookie choices can be managed through Cookie Settings.

11. Complaints and Consumer Dispute Resolution

12. Governing Law

These Terms and contracts concluded through Synarava Shop are governed by Portuguese law.

For consumers residing in another country, this does not exclude mandatory consumer protections that apply under applicable law.
